One of the most profound ways that I’ve learned to understand Physical Health is by Observing Nature.
The Microcosm (Humanity) is a mirror image of the Macrocosm (Universe).
As Dr. Robert Morse so eloquently puts, “All of God’s worlds are mirror images of one another.”
If you wish to understand Health & Vitality, look no further than Nature.
For example, Observe Water. It comes in many forms (ice, condensation, water) and the difference between each state is a mere change in Vibration, energetically speaking.
Water can flow clear and strong as evidenced in viewing a beautiful, vital mountain river or it can cease flowing all together as is the case of a stagnating pond. Both involve Water, the same elemental substance, yet each case is profoundly different in terms of the quality of the Water.
Different causes produce different effects.
The Human Body is similar to Water in this regard as both come from and are equally an intimate part of Nature.
When the body is vital, one can observe its inherent strength through viewing the quality of its fluidity. The Cosmic Energy (Life Force) flows consistently and the result is Health and Wellness. As designed by Nature.
When the body is weak, one can observe its inherent weakness through viewing the quality of its fluidity. The Cosmic Energy (Life Force) struggles to flow consistently and the result is sluggishness & weariness. As designed by Nature.
In this way, what we eat, drink, breathe, dream, think and feel – is either building us up or breaking us down.
Cellular Regeneration or Cellular Degeneration.
Alkalinity or Acidity.
